We led the research teams at the Peking University and the Centre of Science, Technology and industrial Development at the China Ministry of Housing and urban Rural Development to carry out the first economic study on the Green Buildings certified by the National Green Building Labelling System. The result was a landmark study pioneering the cost and benefit assessment for green buildings in Chinese cities.
