We were commissioned by the Shanghai Industry Investment Corporation (SIIC) to evaluate the ecological and business plans of the world famous Dongtan Wetland Park in Shanghai. The project assessed the challenges of the park in view of declining ecological diversity as well as the business model of its opearions as a eco-tourism destination. The recommendations included a strategic repositioning of the park as well as an improvement plan to enhance the ecological diversity as part of a world class wetland.
